1. Eligibility for Returns
At Xiluva Spaces, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Because each piece is carefully made and often custom-built, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects — no exceptions.
2. Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing fault, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund under the conditions below:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to sales@xiluva.co.za with:
Your order number
A clear description of the fault
Photos showing the defect from different angles
3. Our Right to Repair First
We reserve the right to assess the product and, where possible, repair the item first. If a repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement. Refunds are offered only when a repair or replacement is not possible.
4. Warranty
All our products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Physical or liquid damage
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom designs made to your specific requirements
Items damaged due to incorrect assembly or misuse
Products returned without original proof of purchase
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will advise you on the return shipping method. We may cover return shipping costs for approved faults at our discretion.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned item and completing the inspection.
