1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across South Africa. For special delivery requests outside our standard delivery areas, please contact sales@xiluva.co.za before placing your order.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all in-stock orders within 5–7 working days from payment confirmation. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, load shedding, or supplier lead times).
For custom or made-to-order designs, lead times will be communicated during the order process and may vary depending on design complexity and production capacity.
3. Delivery Costs
Orders over R5,000: Free standard shipping within South Africa.
Orders under R5,000: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Receiving Your Order
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the specified address. Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible for our delivery partners.
If no one is available to receive your order, re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.
5. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please notify the delivery team immediately and contact sales@xiluva.co.za within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage.
6. Delays
While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays can happen. Xiluva Spaces will not be held liable for any loss caused by delayed delivery times that are outside of our reasonable control.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
