Welcome to Xiluva Creatives t/a Xiluva Spaces (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that natural materials and screen displays may result in slight variations in colour, texture, or grain. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payments are securely processed through our payment gateway partner, Yoco.
For custom designs not displayed on our website, an order will be created through the site and the full purchase price must be paid upfront before production begins.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted — we reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud.
Custom and made-to-order items may have lead times — these will be communicated during the order process.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery within South Africa is usually 5–7 working days, but please allow for possible delays due to factors beyond our control.
Orders over R5,000 qualify for free shipping. For orders under R5,000, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and that access is clear for our delivery partners.
6. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for products that are faulty due to manufacturing defects — no exceptions.
To initiate a return, please email sales@xiluva.co.za with your order details and clear photos of the fault within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to repair the item first. If a repair is not possible, a replacement or refund will be offered at our discretion.
Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.
7. Warranty
All our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Improper use or handling
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, designs, and text — is owned by Xiluva Creatives t/a Xiluva Spaces. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take care to ensure our products are safe and well made, but we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Use of our products is at your own risk.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
